Therapist

Care for children, teens, adults, and couples.

I am currently completing my supervised clinical training in Marriage and Family Therapy at La Salle University. My professional background includes experience as a clinical crisis worker in a hospital setting, as well as serving as a director of before- and after-school care and a preschool teacher. Working with individuals and families across various developmental stages and during periods of crisis continues to influence my understanding of relationships, growth, and change.

I believe people make sense in context, and I view individuals as part of a constellation of family histories, relationships, experiences, and strengths. Each connection influences how we navigate our world and find meaning, affecting every other part of the constellation. My approach begins with identifying strengths, often found in unexpected places such as values, relationships, creativity, resilience, and meaningful interests. Outside of clinical work, I enjoy backpacking, sewing, gardening, and reading, all of which have reinforced my appreciation for the unlikely places strengths can hide in plain sight.

In my work, I center authenticity, generosity, and relationships, blended with humor and empathy. My style combines the exploration of deeper emotional processes and motivations with practical tools that clients can apply in everyday life. I believe therapy should help people gain insight while developing strategies they can carry forward long after our sessions end.

Therapy is a collaborative journey toward change, where the path looks different for every individual, couple, and family. My role is to act as a bridge, helping clients move toward growth, healing, and stronger relationships with themselves and others.
